by | Mar 22, 2018 | CSR

Acacia were proud to support the St. Vincent de Pauls’ Ozanam Come Dancing, held in Liberty Hall on Friday 9th March last.  A sell out crowd of 400 people filled the venue and were entertained by 11 amazing couples.

Volunteer dancers came on board from within Ozanam House, SVP Staff and staff from supporting companies including McCann FitzGerald, Independent News and Media, Abbey Capital, Adobe, Dance World, AIB and Diageo who put on a truly incredible show on the night.  Many congratulations to the Ozanam Come Dancing Winners 2018,  Maria & Derek who danced the ‘Paso Doble’.  The event was hosted by Brendan Courtney for the fourth year in a row.  Brendan was joined by celebrity judges Katherine Lynch, Brian Keogh, and Mary Black.

The hugely successful fundraising event will enable Ozanam House to offer a range of safe and engaging summer youth programmes to children and young people from the inner city community.
