The Front of House service is the first point of contact for any potential client, customer, employee, or partner. Acting as the face of the company and representing the brand in the highest regards can be a success or downfall of any company. Consequently, we recognize the huge value of our Front of House teams.
More than a friendly face
Usually, the Front of House serves as an information centre for visitors, customers, and staff, with services including:
- Management of telecommunications
- Meet and greet visitors – informing employees of Visitor arrivals or cancellations
- Room Booking and Helpdesk/Facilities Support
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
- Maintaining security systems, ensuring there are no unauthorised access and managing permit to work for supply chain partners
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel appointments
- Maintaining Visitor Management Systems / Meeting Room Calendars
- Postal and courier services
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks / back office support
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Management of onboarding new staff
- Maintaining Visitor logs and reports
