Many of our clients use require out of office hours assistance to achieve their desired customer care service levels, reduce the quantity of staff interruptions and maintain a consistent level of staff output.

We provide customer-oriented Help Desk services for all Soft & Hard facilities services. Should our clients have the need for any of our services our 24-hour help desk support service can take the call and assign the work to the required asset.

Our systems support multiple communications channels i.e. phone & email.
