Client Representative

Project management

In certain instances, some stakeholders or companies feel that their best interests would be catered for through a person appointed to the project on their behalf. A Client Representative is the person who acts as the client project manager for the duration of a project, no matter how simple or complex the project may be. The design and construction teams would report to the Client Representative as a conduit to ensure all stakeholders concerns are met.

Supporting client’s projects

Where a client does not have the in-house capability or experience, Acacia act on behalf of the client to ensure all requirements and expectations of a project are met. We deal with the full design team or the design-build contractor to convey end user requirements and to manage and monitor progress through the life of the project.

Benefits

  • Our project managers, on behalf of our clients, implement the project tasks in line with our clients wishes
  • The continuous monitoring of the project by the client representative ensures its progress and completion
