Client Representative

In certain instances, some stakeholders or companies feel that their best interests would be catered for through a person appointed to the project on their behalf. A Client Representative is the person who acts as the client project manager for the duration of a project, no matter how simple or complex the project may be. The design and construction teams would report to the Client Representative as a conduit to ensure all stakeholders concerns are met.

Where a client does not have the in-house capability or experience, Acacia act on behalf of the client to ensure all requirements and expectations are met. We deal with the full design team or the design-build contractor to convey end user requirements and to manage and monitor progress through the life of the project.
