Occupancy Tracking

One the most important aspects of Facilities Management is the understanding of how your building is being utilised by its occupants. We have been hard at work over the last number of years working on our own proprietary Occupancy Tracking system that can function as a stand-alone system or integrated with our FM Software.

With our occupancy sensors, we can track large spaces with our suite of sensors strategically placed within the workspace; all the data is processed within the cloud and simplified occupancy numbers are all that enter our system.

This data can be sent to a dashboard for reporting or used by our system to inform personnel of occupancy numbers within the space, to limit additional occupants through a traffic light system, or to allocate work to on-site teams, saving time and money and allowing for better data-driven planning in the future.
