Risk Assessments
Workplace safety
Section 19 of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 requires every employer to identify hazards in the workplace, assess the risk from these hazards and to implement appropriate control measures. It is a legal requirement to have written risk assessments as they apply to persons exposed to them in the workplace and to ensure this assessment is kept up to date.
