The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 places specific duties on clients engaging in construction activity to ensure Project Safety Management.

Acacia have the expertise and capability to provide Project Management and Health and Safety Management advice and support, assisting you in ensuring compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

Under the Construction Regulations 2013, the Client has a duty to appoint competent persons to deliver on the requirements set out within these Regulations.
