Our leadership team spans all aspects of Facilities Management and provides guidance and direction to all aspects of the business.

David O'Brien
Managing Director and Co-Founder
David has extensive senior management experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management in Ireland, Europe and the Middle East.
He is the former Chairman of the Irish Property and Facility Managers Association and is a committee member of the FM subcommittee in the SCSI.
David is seen as a leading voice in Facilities Management and through the NSAI represents Ireland as their expert on ISO/TC 267 for the development of ISO 41001.
David holds an Executive MBA from UCD and a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology from DCU.

Fergus MacMahon
Operations Director and Co-Founder
Fergus’s experience is vast in all aspects of facilities, projects and property management. Having been part of one of the first outsourced FM companies in Ireland, Fergus helped to create a recognised profession in FM in Ireland over the last 18 years. He held the NSAI appointed Irish vote for CEN/TC 346 Facilities Management in Europe for 12 years.
Fergus spent a number years working on international projects in the US and Europe.
Fergus completed his primary degree in Polymer Engineering in 1992, followed by an MSc in Bioengineering in 1995.

Tony Downes
Finance Director and Co-founder
Tony has been a finance director in the facilities management industry since 2001. Prior to 2001 he gained extensive experience from working in various blue chip Companies in Ireland, the UK, Australia and the Isle of Man.
Tony has a comprehensive knowledge of financial systems and his highly qualified finance team has extensive expertise in all the different financial areas pertaining to the financial aspects of a business with particular emphasis on having effective financial controls in place.
Tony trained with Deloitte in Cork and qualified as a Chartered Account in 1990.

Clive Brazier
Business Systems Director and Co-founder
Clive has considerable experience in developing and managing Procurement Services, Vendor Management, Quality Management Systems and Management Information Systems. Having worked for facilities management companies in both Ireland and the UK, he has vast experience in delivering services to a wide range of organisations.
Clive holds a degree in Economics and a Diploma in Law.

Paula Cahill
Facilities Management Director
As Facilities Management Director Paula is responsible for Acacia’s Facilities Managers, Managed Reception Services and Workplace Support teams.
Paula provides strategic direction and governance on all major Client accounts, ensuring quality service delivery across all aspects of management agreements and key involvement in the implementation & mobilisation of new client sites.
Paula has over 15 years’ experience in the outsourced FM industry and holds a Masters in Quality Management from the University of Limerick.

Eyre Massy
Technical Services Director
As Technical Services Director Eyre is responsible for Acacia’s Maintenance Services Division including Engineers, Energy Auditors and Technicians, supplying facilities management & project solutions across a variety of sectors for a range of different organisations, from government agencies to blue chip multinationals.
Eyre has considerable experience of asset lifecycle optimisation and lecturing in Facilities Management with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM, formerly BIFM) Ireland.
Eyre is a Chartered Engineer CIBSE Ireland and holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
