Acacia in the Middle East

by | Jun 1, 2013 | Consultancy

Acacia celebrates its second year of operations in the Middle East.  We operate on a number of high profile projects such as the development of Mobily’s Data Centre Network throughout The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Facilities Management is an emerging market in the Middle East. There is significant development in the region and with it a realisation that assets must be properly managed and maintained. This approach enhances the life cycle of the infrastructure and protects the investments made by organisations and agencies throughout the Middle East. Organisations and investors are looking to specialist consultants, such as Acacia, to help them develop robust real estate and facility solutions that will deliver real value from a services and sustainability perspective.
Acacia’s consultants are located where our clients are.  Our philosophy is to understand our clients’ needs in order to develop solutions that are tailored for their business. In order to do this we believe that we have to understand the culture of not only our client but the country they operate in therefore we locate offices and our consultants close to our clients. We continue to grow in the region and are committed to working closely with our clients in order to ensure the success of their projects.
