Acacia Technical Service Director, Eyre Massy, to contribute to expert panel Q&A on Fire Safety at FM Ireland Event 2017.

Eyre Massy, a regular contributor to the FM Ireland Event and part time lecturer in Facilities Management with BIFM, will be joined by leading industry experts to offer opinion and stimulate debate on issues that are of direct concern to Building owners, FM Managers, Fire Officers and all challenged with making their environments safe and secure.

Topics covered will include:

  • The role of the Design Certifier as described in the recently updated BCAR Code of Practice
  • The importance of Third Party Product & Installer Certification
  • Ancillary Certification, what is required and who is competent to certify?
  • Management & maintenance of installed passive fire protection
