Acacia Soft Services

Acacia is one of the few independent facilities management companies in Ireland offering a managed service model. This means that unlike many of our competitors we have access to a large independent supply chain, which we use to develop a tailored solution for our clients. Acacia believes that, by acting as a strategic partner to organisations, we can cover all aspects of facilities management, from carrying out reviews of a client’s overhead spends, to implementing and managing a total facilities management package.

A dedicated Operational Lead will be appointed to every client.  The Operational Lead will have an engineering discipline if the focus is technical and hard services, or a management discipline if the focus is more on soft service management.  The Operational Lead is the linchpin and will ensure that the right support is provided when required ranging from technical, health and safety, HR, financial etc..  The Operational Lead will be the main point of contact for the client for all services.

Since 2017 the team at Acacia have been managing the Hard & Soft Services at our Dublin HQ in Heuston South Quarter. We have always found their work to be of a very high quality and their team to be approachable, understanding and prompt in response to any unforeseen issues. Our employee’s comfort and safety is one of our top priorities and Acacia have aligned themselves with those priorities from the very beginning. For these reasons along with many other positive aspects, we would be happy to recommend their services.

Acacia has provided Total Facilities Management services for Xerox for over five years. A key differentiator for Acacia is the technological solutions they provide for Xerox. Xerox requires a high degree of technical capability from its Facilities Management provider and Acacia fulfil that need through their team of engineers and environmental specialists. The IWMS system (Azolla) that they provide is very user-friendly and provides Xerox with the ability to carry out real-time reviews of the status of our assets.

In addition, the system allows Xerox to measure the quality of Acacia’s performance against agreed Service Levels. Having evaluated many systems during the course of selecting our Facilities provider, we believe that the technology that Acacia has developed to be a market leader in its field.
